Sandhan is a “Heart of Sahyadri” & water carved valley located in very remote part. This beautiful place situated in the Western Ghats. Here we can Experience the heart throbbing crossing of 4 to 6 ft deep water pool in the way of 200 meter walk on the rock floored water carved valley.And the adventures part of the trek is you have to descend throughout with rappelling patches to complete tricky Sandhan Valley.

• Our journey will start with 2nd last kasara local as Train time table given below
• Please reach before 5 min to the appropriate platforms as this is fast local till Mulund then it will halt at all station. If you miss train you will miss the trek.

01.30 pm: Start for descend.
04.00 pm: Reach to Campsite & Swimming.
06.00 pm: Evening Refreshment
08.30 pm: Have dinner & good night

Sunday:
06.30 am: Wakeup call
07.30 am: Breakfast
09.00 am: Swimming session( if there is enough water).
10.00 am: Start to base village Dhene-Varpadi.
01.30 pm: Reach to Dhene.
03.00 pm: Reach to Shahapur by Jeeps.
03.15 pm: Lunch in hotel and reach to Asangaon.
05:00 pm: at Asangaon station.

Things to Carry:

• Lunch For Saturday
• A Proper Two Sided Haversack To Put All The Things, So That One Has Hands Free While Trekking

• Approx. 3-4 Ltr Water
• Torch With Extra Batteries
• Bedding Like Shwal / mat or sleeping bag

• Should Wear Good Trekking Shoes
• Full Sleeve Shirt/T-Shirt & Full Pant

Our journey will start with last kasara local on Friday 18th Jan 2013.from Kasara we have private Vehicle till Samrad village. Will reach approx by 5.00 am on 19^thjan.

Sandhan is a “Heart of Sahyadri” located in very remote part. This beautiful place situated in the Western Ghats Amidst the water carved valley of 50-150 feet deep and about 2-3 KM long. Both the places beautiful but Challenging also. Here we can Experience the heart throbbing crossing of 4 to 6 ft deep water pool in the way of 200 meter walk on the rock floored water carved valley. Also you will get chance to Rappel down some small patches (max hgt. 45 ft) to reach the base of Sandhan Valley.
